This hotel is located at prime location, shopping and food options are plenty. Good place to stay. This is very near to Delhi Railway station and they drop to airport at very nominal price (Rs 700 Non AC). 10-15 minutes walk to RK Nagar marg metro station. I didn’t know what to expect out of hotels in Paharganj - we have got all sorts of them. I landed in this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and I was happily surprised. I booked two executive rooms for my family as we had a transit via NDLS. The location is excellent! Two minutes walk to the New Delhi railway station, and from there, we have an Airport line to easily connect to the terminals in less than 20 minutes of train ride. The hotel rooms are clean, the bathroom is shiny, the sheets are clean, and the AC is good. The room service staff was also prompt, and we didn't have any problems at all. It is a good value for money and highly recommended to those looking for a budget hotel in a location concerning the NDLS.

AVOID AT ALL COST and save yourself time, money and headache. While waiting to be checked-in, other customers were spoken to rudely - this should've been the first sign of what is about to be our experience & more. While checking in, we were asked for more documentation which we didn’t have on-hand. He refused to check us in, fully aware that we had stayed at 3 other hotels who never requested this documentation from us. Rather than having an adult conversation & helping customers, he continued to be rude & started belittling other hotels we previously stayed at. He also told us that if we left, we wouldn’t find any hotels that would allow us in without the document & that we’d end up coming back to this hotel - a scare tactic he assumed we'd fall into, as it was way past 9/10 PM and 2 females trying to check-in a hotel in Delhi. After an excruciating conversation, we left & found a hotel that checked us in without any issues and did not request any extra documentation from us. Please note, that during our entire trip to India we've checked into 11 hotels, none of which have asked us for the extra documentation that this hotel had asked for. They denied us a refund even though they were the ones to refuse to check us in. Moreover, after my experience with other hotels in India, I advise everyone to be cautious with the documents you are providing here, as I wouldn't be surprised if they might be running an ID theft scam business, with this hotel as a front.

The hotel ambience was good. But their staffs should really need to know about hotel management. The complimentary things were not put inside the room beforehand. We had to ask for water, toilet tissues, clean towels, coffee etc everyday. Even they charged for one bottle of water whereas they provided only one bottle a day. But after we claimed that we should get at least one bottle each day, they cancelled it. The room service is also very poor. They didnt even make the bed. Many more incidents happend with us regarding the staffs' behavior.
